If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept a return for a refund within 45 days of delivery. Refunds are only made on the returned item excluding delivery. Item(s) must be returned before we are able to provide a refund.
All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns of damaged or worn items. By law and hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns of worn swimwear and underwear.
Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit. We are not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees, services charges, or interest charges resulting from the timing of charges and/or credits to your account.
