Duties/Tax/V.A.T/ICOD
By law, we are required to put the price paid on our invoices for customer shipments.
All orders are subject to getting charged VAT/Tax/Duties by your country's customs. Some shipping companies may also apply a ICOD(referred to as brokerage charge). Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
International customers are responsible for all additional taxes and/or duties and/or ICOD brokerage charges imposed by your country's customs. We do not get any portion of these costs and they are assigned by your country's customs and shipping team as a seperate entity.
If your order is subject to these duties/taxes/ICOD brokerage charges, they will NOT appear on your 2EROS or SUPAWEAR invoice, but will be presented to you and collected by the parcel carrier at time of delivery as a seperate cost, as it is not imposed by us, but by the parcel carrier according to the laws of the receiving country.
If you refuse to pay taxes/duties/ICOD brokerage charges your parcel will be returned to The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD and you will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
