Refunds
The Lifestyle Co is more than happy to refund your order if you are unsatisfied with your product, as long as it is unworn unwashed and in original packaging.
All refunds are exclusive of shipping cost.
Refunds will only be processed once the goods have been returned and received by us.
You can choose to get a refund into the payment method you used, or you can alternatively get credit if you have an account with us.
If the payment method you used to pay for your order is cancelled/disabled prior to the refund being processed, we will offer a credit to your 2EROS/SUPAWEAR account only.

Please ensure you fill out the form or at least include your order number and items you are returning. Failure to do so will result in us being unable to identify which order needs a refund and will not be processed until you contact us.
Please note: It generally takes 3-5 business days for all debit/credit card and PayPal transactions to be completed.
Please note: Please be aware that we are not responsible for the return of parcels that are rejected upon delivery.
We will only issue a refund on orders that are returned successfully. Once an order is rejected, it cannot be tracked and can take a considerable amount of time to be returned if it gets returned. Since returns are consolidated and sent back as non-priority, they take longer to reach DHL’s Sydney Distribution Centre. We need to receive the returned parcel before processing your refund."
According to DHL, there are also instances that undelivered parcels are not possible to return to Australia and are usually discarded.
